I am terrible with dates but I believe I joined the 2020/2021 class. Quit after a few months bc guy just talks too much and barely teaches anything in each 3 hour class. I already knew most of that stuff so I just got bored.
Did meet a person there and as far as I know he is still looking for a job. Same here. Market just isn’t that friendly right now.
Right now just isn’t the time to come in thinking you can spend a few months learning basics and expect to get a job right away.
It took a year. It was a real grind.
6 months for me but bear in mind this was in 2022, and i had nothing better to do than to devote all of my free time to this.
It’s been two years and I’m still grinding for a full time opportunity in this tough market. Learned a lot and was able to leverage the bootcamp to get a summer internship with an NFL team. IMO Leon teaches you more about how to get a job vs how to code so expect a lot of self learning. Best of luck.
Took 2 years. It was a massive grind and very emotionally exhausting but completely worth it. You just have to make sure you don’t give up when it takes longer than you expect. This economy we’re in right now is brutal
Community learning and people to chat with about the hype is nice but youre still at the mercy of recruiters and companies.
100 devs was cool back when I followed it , I’m also curious how everyone is doing.
