#MarketingTips #TargetAudience #ConversionRates
Hey everyone! 👋
Have you ever wondered why your marketing campaigns aren’t converting as well as you’d like? It could be because you’re not hitting the right target audience! 🎯
Here are some key stats to consider:
– Only 3% of leads are ready to buy immediately 🛒
– 17% are doing research 🧐
– 20% are problem-aware but not actively seeking a solution 🤨
– 60% are not even aware they have a problem 😬
So, how can you improve your targeting and increase your conversion rates? Here are some tips:
– Segment your audience based on their level of awareness
– Tailor your messaging to each segment
– Educate the unaware audience on their problems and how your product can help solve them
Remember, marketing is a process – take the time to understand your audience and deliver valuable content to them. Happy marketing! 😊🚀
Thanks for sharing. Absolutely spot on! It’s crucial to recognize that not all leads are created equal. Tailoring your approach accordingly is key. You can craft messages that resonate deeply with each group by segmenting your audience based on their awareness and readiness to purchase. This strategy will ultimately boost your conversion rates.
Have you considered using **personalized content for each segment** to see how it impacts your lead nurturing efforts?
One of the biggest professional lessons in my life – If I knew about it 6 years ago, it might have saved me $100,000 and failed startup lol – was also connected to finding YOUR people (not just trying to catch as many as possible leads, prospects, MQL/SQL and all that stuff) and actually listening to them. Many entrepreneurs start their business just because its to their liking and they think other people will need what the business owner imagined in their head. Sounds like cliche, but entrepreneurs need to stop being ego-centric, and be more customer-centric from day one.
There is an absolutely magical (and time-consuming tbh) process in product management called customer development, and I think it should be done before every business launch. After doing it properly, marketing efforts would be much easier too. So now before anything (even before buying and registering website domain) – customer development, amen. It’s really an eye-opening process, and it lays such a strong foundation for everything you do afterwards.
and how can i actually identify a problem which i can solve? currently extremely frustrated due to realization that my b2b print on demand model has no need and the market is already oversaturated. i try to find other things i can do to solve a problem in a similar segment but there is absolutely nothing to the eye. i am 17 years old and i am extremely frustrated to a point that i miss out on my sleep just because i dont know how i can actually find a thing which i can sell because there is demand for it
