Yeah having a co-founder or two makes it way faster. No one is “self-made”, you always need help and you need people that are good at what you’re bad at.
I’d definitely outsource tasks sooner. This really helped me in so many ways. Trying to do everything myself was a recipe for burnout. I had luck with rocketdevs and Turing. Although rocketdevs was cheaper.
