So, what’s the solution to this frustrating cycle of endless interviews with no results? Here are a few ideas:
– Advocate for more transparency in the hiring process
– Encourage companies to provide feedback to rejected candidates
– Support job seekers by sharing resources and tips for navigating a challenging job market
Let’s keep the conversation going – have you had a similar experience with the job hunt grind? What do you think could make the process more fair for everyone involved? Let’s brainstorm some solutions together! 🌟 #ShareYourStory #JobSearchTips
They wound up finding someone better for the job. In your HR days were there never more than one good applicant you jad to choose between?
What would be the motivation to spend money on job postings and time interviewing candidates for fake positions? That sounds expensive. Could it be that you have worked for “many different companies” in a decade? Or another candidate was better suited?
Have you considered Russia?
Unfortunately, late stage capitalism isn’t done with you.
HR professional posting on this sub seems… ironic.
I work with several recruiting agencies in my work, most of them have pivoted to posting fake jobs as a way of finding unemployed people in the right fields to peddle their services to.
Sucks, but why do you say this is “late stage” capitalism?
So … you’ve helped them shoot people in the back for years, and you’re now surprised and upset they’ve shot you in the back? You were their willing participant until they inevitably fucked you over as well.
Well … eh … I’m glad you’re finally willing (or forced) to see it, I guess …

Yep… applied for a position with TTEC for a full remote QA Analyst position in Lakewood Co.
Got a reply from them that it would be in Ohio and full in office and I’d have to move myself.
I replied back if there had been a mistake and their inbox was “full”.
So i reported it to Indeed and them to the BBB.
Fuck these companies.
