I recently stumbled upon an option in my account settings to activate MFA, which wasn’t available before. It’s great to see ART taking steps towards enhancing our security online. 🛡️
Here are some key points to note about the MFA option:
– Activation requires a quick call to customer service.
– Currently, only mobile numbers or email addresses can be used for MFA.
– Unfortunately, authentication apps are not supported yet.

Does it allow for a proper authenticator app, or is it sms only?
Holy cow, activating an MFA requires a call.
No auth apps available. Who designs those systems (and UX) for companies like this?!
