#LifeStruggles #AdviceNeeded #FeelingLost
Hey there, friends 👋. Can we talk about something real for a minute? 🤔 Is anyone else out there feeling like their life is not quite going according to plan, especially compared to everyone else their age? Because that’s where I’m at right now.
Here’s the scoop on my situation:
– Still stuck in a computer science institute, drowning in tuition payments 💸
– Struggling with math and feeling like maybe this career path isn’t for me 🤯
– Surrounded by people who seem to have it all figured out while I’m barely keeping my head above water 🌊
So, here’s the question: Am I the only one in this boat? Does anyone else feel like they’re stuck in a cycle of bad decisions and self-doubt? And more importantly, does anyone have any advice to share?
Here are a few possible solutions that I’ve been considering:
– Maybe switching career paths and exploring other interests 🌟
– Seeking guidance from a mentor or career counselor 🤝
– Trying to find a part-time job to help with expenses and gain some real-world experience 💼
If you have any words of wisdom to share or if you’re going through something similar, I’d love to hear from you. We’re all in this together, right? 💪 Let’s support each other and navigate these tricky waters as a team. Drop your thoughts below! 🌊🚣♂️ #SupportCommunity #SharingIsCaring
I feel like my whole life has been wasted opportunities and outright failures.
I’m in my 30s and still don’t have my shit together. Life is hard, just do your best and don’t compare yourself to others.
Is it at all possible for you to take online GED classes that are done in the US? And I think that there are even online testing methods?? While I don’t know what your country is and I have zero experience in that situation, It seems to be that most countries of the world highly value people that have attended American schools. I would guess this would apply to all online schools as well? I guess your third world country could Have English as an official language, But I think the majority do not, and you’re using English quite well. LOL even better than many Americans using English as their mother language! This would indicate to me that you have quite a potential, don’t sell yourself short!
Hey man, its ok dont beat yourself up…
Life has ups & downs. Im 38, some of the wealthiest people I know were struggling hard at your age.
Always remember, and easy life does not exist. If you’re a rich kid getting things handed to you, that also means you can not handle problems & pressure. You will suffer in other ways.
Dont ever believe life is easy
Good luck, my friend
No offense bro but you don’t actually think you’re the only who feels lost right?
Shit man. Comparing your situation with others will always keep you down no matter what. I do the exact same, and I’m not trying to like humble brag or anything but I’m doing pretty decent in the grand scheme of things. I still find myself having pretty bad thoughts almost daily because I see people doing better than me and I go “man, where did I go wrong”.
Definitely get off social media, that’s the first step for sure
Comparison is the thief of joy.
Where’re on the same page man may god help us both
Honestly, you need to do what’s best for YOU not what your mom wants. I think you should withdraw from this CS institute and go enroll at a community college to get your GED and then from there you can get an associate’s in whatever YOU want. After that, you can transfer to university or go straight into the workforce if you’re tired of school or think school isn’t for you. You’ve got plenty of options. There’s also the trades as well. You also don’t have to tell your mom about any of this and can keep this to yourself.
Same bro… But I’m almost 24 and I haven’t even finished high school too. Now, I just watch the days go by while I work all day in an underemployment with no perspectives for a better future. But the worst is seeing my friends who studied with me receiving promotions while I didn’t even start college.
Yep its just you
