#InterviewHumor #GotTheJob #QualitiesToLookFor
Got the job 🎉 But what qualities do you look for when hiring someone? Here’s a little snippet of some interview humor to brighten your day:
– Interviewer: “what are some qualities or traits that you’d look for in a person to hire?”
– Me (in a green sweater): “someone who is patient, punctual, kind, wearing a green sweater.”
– Interviewer: “lol!”
Sometimes a little humor can go a long way in making a positive impression during an interview. Remember, showcasing your personality and ability to make others laugh can set you apart from other candidates 😄 What’s your go-to quality to look for when hiring someone? If only my jokes were funny 😔
I know a person who is a master in using this style. He is really good at it and can come up with beautifully resinating answers with the interviewers. Every one laughs with WOW!!!!
The sad truth is that he NEVER got any job doing this. I mean literally never.
Just like passing 6-7 rounds of interviews and just to get a rejection email.
Despite the interviewee wowed the interviewers in super positive way.
The bottom line it does not work generally speaking, unless if you are dating.
Hint: you need to be naturally funny
congrats.
at the end of interviews when asked if I have any other questions, I say “when can I start?”
*For context, I’m a pawnbroker who’s fixing to work at an installment loan company.*
At my last job interview, they asked me about maintaining loyal customer service and “going above and beyond.”
I answered honestly and talked about checking local jail rosters and obituaries to check on regular customers I haven’t seen in a while.
In addition to mentioning my food allergies, when I got offered the position, the HR manager said it was the most fun job interview he had that week. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|stuck_out_tongue)
Long story short, being yourself in interviews is the best you can do! Even if you’re a little goofy.
