If you are in advertising and know your shit, a lotte startups struggle with marketing. Perhaps getting some experience joining one on marketing might be a cool shift?

Seek out the startup community in your area, and spend some time getting to know people. Maybe even offer some of your skills as guidance to other businesses.
What problems do you think you could solve in the real world? Would these be tangible or the opposite of tangible (can’t function right now it’s late), if you can find a problem to solve – can you solve it start to finish? That’s your startup idea. The knowledge and experience you have can also be your startup idea.
