Why does not drinking milk make me feel sick?
Can anyone explain why I experience excessive sweating, nausea, and cognitive difficulty when I don’t consume milk?
I’m a 22-year-old Caucasian male, 5’11” tall, and 145lb/65.7kg.
Symptoms occur with less than a quarter gallon of milk a day; I typically consume half to three fourths of a gallon of 2% or whole milk.
This may sound unusual, but it’s a genuine concern that I’d appreciate insights on.

This sounds to me like anxiety.
Maybe get your phosphate levels checked? They’re not usually checked on routine bloodwork.
Do you drink enough water, or is milk your primary source of fluid?
Sometimes hypoglycemia can manifest with weird symptoms due to counter effects of adrenaline that your body secretes. I’m betting there is a significant amount of calories and sugar (lactose) in 1/4 gallon of milk. I would try switching for something healthier and balanced with protein, fat and carbs and a similar amount of calories for at least several days in a row.
